Suzanne holds a B.A. in English from Kalamazoo College, a highly reputed private school in Michigan where she studied creative writing and comparative literature. She earned the Diexieme Degree de Francais from the Universite de Strasbourg, France and was a winner of Mademoiselle Magazine's College Fiction Competition. She studied communications at the University of California, Davis specializing in film. She honed her writing/editing skills by writing professionally for newspapers, magazines, television and by hosting her own classical music show on KDVS. She worked part-time as a science writer for UCD, and one of her stories was excerpted in Omni Magazine. She went on to work in the technical communications field, and owns her own business, All the Write Stuff. She also owns the Applause Screenwriting Competition, which is professionally judged by some of the biggest names in the screenwriting industry, including Lew Hunter.

Deborah is a past winner of the 'A Place Called Sacramento' contest for her short film A Day to Remember. She is a writer, producer, director and past president of the Northern California Writers and Filmmakers. She has been a freelance photographer for 20 years. She is the owner of PhotoArt and specializes in photographing weddings & special events.

Bettye holds a B.S. in Communication Studies (with honors) from California State University, and an A.A. in Telecommunications and Liberal Arts from Solano College. She has worked as a producer, director, production assistant, casting assistant, location scout, and script supervisor on a number of projects in Los Angeles, Northern California and Washington, D.C. Her credits include work for 20th Century Fox, Pacific Crest Films, Artistic License Films, Gig Ventures Filmmakers, Power Productions, Ex-Cel Productions, Singletree Productions, and more.

Since 2001, Bradley has been employed by Access Sacramento as the Producer of LiveWire. Bradley is also the Film Coordinator for the Place Called Sacramento Film Festival. On a film set, Brad's many roles include Script Supervisor, Assistant Director, Audio, Site Scout, Casting and Prop Master. Bradley was born and raised in Sacramento. She attended El Camino High School followed by college at the University of California San Diego and has a certificate in Human Resource Management.

After deciding to pursue a career in the film industry, Ryan manages a satisfying workload from his hometown of Auburn. He has worked on dozens of local projects since 2005, including TV pilots, commercials, political and industrial films, independent films, feature movies, and a music video. He loves to be behind the camera, working mostly in production as a cameraman, boom operator, or grip.

Cecilia Lee Feser has always had the acting bug. She first acted with her father in plays
at a local community theater in North Carolina. She has two grown sons who both modeled and she continues to dabble in acting and print ads through Cast Images of Sacramento. She has been an extra in several films and a lead in 'The New Detectives.' Her other passions in life are animals in general, horses specifically. She has been published with the goal of working on a local level newspaper.

Leslie Goodman has worked locally in film for several years. Once she hit her first film set she was hooked. She's been involved in Short and Feature length films in supporting or Featured/Background roles ever since. As Crew she's covered many needs from Production Assistant to Assistant Director. She recently co-starred in and was Assistant Director of the short film 'Slide' which was runner-up in the 10x10 competition (10 minute films made in 10 days) shown at the Crest Theatre in August 2007.

Janene holds a B.S. in Business from Saint Mary's College of California and is pursuing Associates Degrees in Audio Technology and Music Business at American River and Sacramento City colleges. As a Charter Officer in the new Sacramento Section of the Audio Engineering Society and an Associate Member of the National Academy of recording Arts and Sciences, Janene was eager to work on Capital Women to learn about the film side of media production. She has a background as an actor in musical theatre and in stagecraft, and is currently helping market and promote recording artists and the Rockaholics Anonymous concert series.

Laura Gary brings over 20 years professional experience as a special effects makeup artist and hair stylist. In print, she has worked for such magazines as Playboy, Cosmopolitan, Vogue, and Sports illustrated. Her TV credits include Good Morning America, MTV 'Sorority Life,' and X-Files. Her Film credits include 'Almost Heroes,' starring Chris Farley and Mathew Perry, and Showgirls.
